WHY DO I NEED GOALS?

 In ancient Roman religion and myth, Janus is the god of beginnings, gates, transitions, time, doorways, passages, and endings. He is usually depicted as having two faces, since he looks to the FUTURE and PAST at the same time.


The past two years, I've been giving you the results with the HOT SPOTS, (that 1 cent barrier between 20%-30%-40%-45%-50% earnings.  When you scroll down today, note the wording:

But honestly, you can dream all day, but unless you put forth effort, it's not going to happen.  I used to make a calendar that would give you something positive to do for your business every day.  Didn't get much feedback but I followed it and made Honor Society one year and Rose Circle the next year.  So send me an email and let me know if you want a copy.

HOW DO I WORK A GOAL?

Follow this format:  

Look at what you want, then work backwards with the amount of time to get it as your factor.

So if I want to make Rose Circle - that is 38,000 in sales in 26 campaigns

38k divided by 26 = $ per campaign is the amount of sales I need per campaign.

What is your goal in 26 campaigns?

How much cash to you want in your pocket?

Pick a number and the more books you distribute, the more calls you make, the more people you meet will determine how quickly you make your goal.

It's been a great couple of weeks - we rounded up #22 with 3 President's Club members and 2 of our newest in the top 10 of the District.  So proud of my team.
As you read through this, remember that when you write down a goal, you set your rudder for it everytime you see it on the refrigerator, on the bathroom mirror, and you can't NOT make it because your brain will say, "Oh yes! If I want to do that, I probably shouldn't be on the Video Slots or some Bon bon game on facebook, I should be getting more books from Karen, stamping and handing them out in a supermarket parking lot, or something like that!"
