Awesome!  If more people would do that they would save 120.00 per year (4.95 late fee each campaign)

If they trained their customers to give them their order 3 days before due date (phone reminders), they would save 9.95 (240.00 yearly) in additional orders per campaign.  

Smarts Reps prosper!  I appreciate tips being shared like this - keep them coming!  Thanks!  I do the same thing - I set a phone reminder on 1 day before to process and 3 days before to call customers and get their credit cards over the phone - I enter them on my square.com by hand if I don't have the card to slide.

The DIVISION is all of Arizona and part of California to the border.  We are the highest grossing unit in all of DISTRICT 7291 for Unit Leader Plus!  Awesome, but we can do better - ! Let's add to our teams and we will advance up the ladder!

CAMPAIGN 2 RESULTS - MY TEAM, OUR DISTRICT, OUR DIVISION

Hope Everyone is Happy and Healthy! Our unit is feeling a bit down - maybe has a cold like me! Our Unit Sales were not so good!  I would really like to see us fly this year to great heights.  We did 1444 and I did 891 of it....not good.  I totally expect a miracle to turn us around!  We (Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Fountain Hills, East Phx) submit our #3 order on Friday, January 23, 2015.  Let's go Team!  A few people have already placed their order from the California Trendsetters so we are going to be looking good with everyone pulling! Remember why you wanted to do this job.  I believe in your ability to succeed.  I want our team to be the best.  So try remembering that if you have:  less than a 50.00 order your commission is zero.  Granted, your business supplies included in your order are tax deductible for those and that is great but you had to pay for all the shipping.   When you sell 50-149 you make 20% on Designer items and 20% on your Avon items.  That puts about 10.00 in your pocket, or it pays for your shipping.   Over 150 you still get 20% on Designer items but now your getting 30% on your Avon Items. Don't forget to leverage technology in your favor by going to square.com and ordering this free device to slide credit cards at the time of the sale either over the phone or swiped I don't stop asking for orders until I get about 15 and I only work this job 3 days a week. Campaign #26 results for Our Team, Our District, Our Division UPDATED 12-29 plus New Representatives!

May all the joys and Heavenly Father's richest blessings be upon you and your family this Holiday Season and may he hold them in the palm of his hands until you can be with them again.

 I feel like he has been holding my daughter, son in law and Granddaughter close.  We had some scares this year with  newlywed Valerie and her husband  being in an accident coming home from Thanksgiving - hitting black ice at 80 mph and flipping off a bridge 7 times, landing upside down with a punctured lung.  She had to be cut out of the car, but she will be fine.  My little Granddaughter McKinley was diagnosed with Spitzoid Melanoma.  She had the tumor removed and they reconstructed her ear and took 8 lymph nodes.  It has a 40% chance of coming back but her first PET scan or MRI showed it was clear.  So we can breathe until the next test in 6 months.  So I would like to thank you all for your kind words and prayers for them.

Wishing you an amazing Holiday Season with your friends and family.  It is such a privilege and pleasure to know you all and be a part of your lives.  I am grateful for this type of job that lets me serve people, work out of my home, help people achieve their goals and NOT have to punch a time clock.  Your time is your own, you work your own hours and days.  Conversely speaking, when you don't put the time into this business, you sell yourself short and fail to succeed.  There is a saying, "The only place Success comes before Work, is in the Dictionary!"  That is so true.  Vince Lombardi sold Avon?  No, but the principles of success can apply to every walk of life.

There are no magic words to give you the money for your goal.  No pulling rabbits out of a jar of ANEW ;)
