Shelley first started out as a helper for many years.  She would take orders

for her friend and then get prizes for her efforts.  She had an entire set of the beautiful Signature Avon Dinnerware for one thing!  When I met her, she was gathering orders at work and doing 

very well.  It was a natural progression to sign up as a Representative.

Shelley is only 800.00 away from making President's Club for the 2nd year in a row and

it is  not even June yet!  I love the story about her getting married and moving to 

Maryland only to find out that no one wanted to buy Avon from her because there was only one other Avon Lady close by.....and come to find out, it was her next door neighbor.  

I told her to start doing the strip malls again.  Her Clients in Mesa were always so happy to 

see her and how easy it was to say, I'm doing deliveries at this strip today.  People who work do not have time to get out and go shopping, so she proved that she was important to them and very much needed.    It wasn't long before her orders were almost always 500 - now they are close to 900 every campaign, it seems.  

Shelley is the perfect ideology for understanding that you have to build it one day at a time and get one client at a time.
