additional orders are frowned upon by reps because they incur an additional fee,
however, this time of year, representatives who bend the rules for customers who
waited too long are appreciated and remembered. So, if you place your order,
and the next regular submission is AFTER Christmas, consult your holiday
schedule to see if you can place an additional order to help your customer
out.
