2) Ask your leader for some old books that you can drop around your complex. She will be glad to make you some labels that say, "This is an old book, the prices may be lower or the same as in the new book! Call me for a new one today! - Your name, your phone number". Um....pssssst....I'm your leader!
3) Always walk around after you do a drop and follow up with the neighbors. Get their phone numbers so you can call them for an order. Get their email addresses so that Avon will send them links to your website, when you put them into your Avon Web Office system.
4) Phone numbers, flyers, stickers....none of them help if you don't use them.
5) Don't be an order taker, be a Sales Representative. Suggest items you have just learned about or be aware of sales. One lady called asking me for the waterproof wash off mascara - I happened to have read the catalog and found that if she bought 2 she could get the 2nd one for 99 cents. ALWAYS say, "OOO I just saved you 8.00!!!", when you save your customer money!
A pending Rep is one who has paid her 15.00, has had her website up, but has not submitted any orders or internet orders - As soon as she does she will become a bonifide Representative with Avon - You only have 7 campaigns to do this in before you are removed from Avon. If you don't place your first order within one month of signing up, your incentives are forfeited. Them's just da' facts - no judgement here. I can only show you how to make money, I can't do it for you. There is so much truth in the addage, "She's got to want it for herself more than I do for her"....
