BUSINESS SUICIDE FOR REPRESENTATIVES

 Recently I was asked to submit some questions to Pablo Munoz and this was one of the assessments I queried.

When a rep signs up, she is given the choice of having a presence on the web at no additional charge to the normal sign up fee of 15.00.

With our technology of today, many people find it easier to order on the internet.  If not order, then actually browse the site and then call the rep with their order.  It is so easy to navigate and you can also click on the E brochure located at the top of your Representative's website on the right and just click on items and add them to your cart.

Sometimes when a Rep temporarily goes inactive her website is shut down, perhaps until she can pay her bill.  When she is reinstated, the sign that you see below should be automatically taken down and her website restored to the former state.
At this time, it does not.  This is a screen shot from a recently reinstated rep's website.  She did not choose to have it turned off.

If you see this, please call your rep right away and ask her if she is aware of this.  If you are a leader, please take the  time to pull up all of your rep's accounts and look at their sites to make sure they are working.

To not have a website in this time is pretty much business suicide.  Imagine how many sales are lost because the discouraged simply click away and think their rep is out of business.

I requested that in My Profile, there be a button for a rep to make sure her website is turned on, or have it an automatic gesture to click it back to live sales when she reactivates her account.  Truthfully, the website should have have been an option from the beginning.  Each rep should be taught how to show their customers how to navigate their site and feel comfortable with the internet to encourage sales that make them money and have little or no work to do on their part.

Power Serum is concentrated to deliver maximized anti-aging results.  Power Serum will boost the power of not only your Anew Moisturizer, but also maximize any other products you are currently using for anti-aging benefits.  This product targets multiple signs of aging and can be used with any anew core product day or night cream.   The Power Serum is concentrated to deliver maximized anti-aging results.  This serum targets multiple signs of aging and boosts the benefits of your moisturizer.  If your consumer is looking for a targeted treatment for a specific sign then they should look for a serum in our Clinical Line.  Regarding having the same effects for people who use Absolute Even, this product has shown benefits on different types of colorations.  This product has shown amazing moisturization benefits on its own. 

RESULTS
We have seen immediate results (overnight) and then the results keep improving with time, even results as early as 2 weeks.

Who is it for?
This product is for all ages and all skin types. This is for anyone who needs a boost from their current regimen without a complete change.  This product provides gentle exfoliation benefits and good moisturization to prep your skin for the next treatment.

How do you use it?
This product should be applied first before applying any other s kin care product to prep your skin.  You use it 2x daily before any other treatment of SPF product, after cleansing and before any of our treatment products. So to reiterate, this product can be used under sunscreen.   So Cleanse, Power Serum, Clinical treatment, Moisturizer.  So you see, this product can be used under a Clinical Treatment.  This product targets multiple signs of aging and can be used with any Anew Core products, (day or night creams).  So, if you use this product with our current Anew Products, for example, Vitale, you will see a boost in the benefits of your Vitale moisturizer.  Same is true for Reversalist or Ultimate Multi-performance.

Do we need to change our current regimen?
This is a booster so People who love their current products can simply add this for more benefits.  Its form makes it very suitable for layering.   It’s for anyone who needs a boost from the current regimen without a complete change. 

What types of skin?
Rosacea is a medical condition and this is not meant to treat rosacea.  It is for sensitive skin and again, is hypoallergenic

Testing results
Our consumer testing found overwhelmingly that women did not perceive this product to be sticky or greasy.  There are no negatives to this product in terms of performance or safety.  The product is safe for all skin types including sensitive skin.  It is hypoallergenic.  We do not formulate our products to be gluten free.

Replacing Existing Regimens
Avon Anew Clinical Treatments are targeted treatments that provide hard hitting benefits.  This is not a replacement for Clinical products.

#1 is easy - Make your Customer Happy!
 - Our products are tops!  Our Customer service is or should be none less than stellar.  When you go to a casino - I've seen people tip the dealer, haven't you?  Well your customer is your dealer.  I hope you are putting cute things in her bag to let her know how much you appreciate her.  In our Unit, we have what I deem a Customer Specialist - Relda Quinn 5x  President's Club member joined our team and hit the boards running.  She finds innovative ways to make her customers feel loved and the COME B A C K.  Her most recent way was to go to the dollar store and get little packs of peanuts.  She put a Label on them that said, "I'm nuts about you being my customer!"

No wonder they love her!  Let's all try to emulate that kind of love through customer service.


#2 PROMOTE YOURSELF
 if you want to make more $$$ and get promoted do the simple plan. What corporate America company can you decide how much you make??  Avon!

#3 Achieve President's Club in one year..

Sell 10,000 in 26 campaigns starting in Campaign 1 and get 40% all the next year.
That is just 384.62/campaign  Come on - if I can do it working this business only three days a week, what can you do with 5, or 6????  You get out of it what you put into it.  
Do you have to dig a ditch in 115 degree heat?  NO!
Do you have to shovel through poop in a cesspool?  NO!
Do you have to Lay railroad tracks in 115 degree heat? NO!

You just need to call people - prioritize keeping your phone ON.
You need to show people catalogs - Prioritize ordering 40 books every 2 weeks and give out 3 per day


#4 Find ways to go to the Florida Conference!!!!!

CAMPAIGN 17 RESULTS FOR MY TEAM, DISTRICT AND DIVISION RESULTS

How do I sell Kids things if all my Kids have grown up?
IT'S ALL ABOUT MINIONS, FROZEN AND THINGS YOU MAY NOT REALIZE!

Sometimes we look at the catalog and say, "I've got all these things already, I don't think I need anymore".  Or, "I don't know anymore what little kids really like."   First of all, we need to remember that even though we go through a catalog and say, "I like that and that....", it's really not a catalog for us.  It is for our Customers.  But we forget.  We  also forget what it was like when we were younger and had kids getting ready for school.  You want them to have exactly what they want and need so that the separation anxiety is less....for you as well as them....What is IMPORTANT to them is to be in style.  What is IMPORTANT to them is to have something special that the other kids might not have - so they will BE special.  

Every parent wants their kids to come home from school beaming -  so let's help them.  Call your friends and ask them these questions....

3 Open Ended questions that Great Salespersons use to create an emotional response

  1. When you were little, what did everyone have at school that you didn't have?
  2. What was something you wished you had so you would look your best on the first day of school?
  3. How did you feel whan other kids had something you really wanted?

Ask 3 questions where they have to say, "Yes"


  1. Do you ever remember being a little scared on the first day of school no matter what age you were?
  2. Do you think your self esteem would have been better if you had something special or new to take with you?
  3. Do you remember wanting to take something special for sharing time?
  4. What was the latest and greatest thing when you were in elementary school?          Then.......LISTEN TO THEM......Everyone has an interesting story and you can learn a lot from listening to theirs.


For me, it was a Cinderella Watch.  It seemed to me like everyone had one and I was the only one of my friends who didn't.

This is a real Cinderella watch from 1960 when I was just 7.  It doesn't seem special to you, but it was to ME.

I decided to run an experiment and asked my daughter to show the kids the catalog and see what would be important to them for school and to buy it from the Avon site rather than down town.  

Before she could even finish hitting the SUBMIT key, 3 year old Charlie was sitting on the porch until dark, waiting for the UPS guy to deliver the Minions items (FROM THE MOVIE, MINIONS).  He pretty much didn't care that he would have to wait there up to a week.

Point being - don't pre judge your customers.  What interests them might not be the slightest interest to YOU and vice versa.  

Bring these things to their attention and have them show it to their kids.  If they buy it from you, give them 5% off (you only get 20) but you will give them a free Avon item.

PROBLEM + WORKABLE SOLUTION BENEFITS THE CUSTOMER AND YOU.
Remember, as a Grandmother, when you send your grandchildren things from your site (you go around to youravon.com/yourname) and log in as a customer, you get a 25% commission and AVON pays the shipping.
When I send a UPS package to California, it's usually 14.00....use your noggin on this stuff!!!  You just need to have another email address to log into your site as a customer.
