First let me tell you that this STAR program rocks - you should be doing everything you can to earn star points to exchange for prizes for your home. Recently I discovered I already had 640 stars, so I redeemed 500 for a new alarm clock with big numbers so these old blind eyes can see exactly what time I am being rocked to awakening during the supposedly peaceful slumbering time.....night!!!! It shipped via FedEx immediately and will be waiting when I get home! Woo Hoo!! Well, guess what happened? Exactly what our Division Manager said would happen -!! With other programs when you trade in points you have to start a zero and build up to the next plateau - OMGOSH/! I traded them in and they gave them right back to me - so I have a clock AND 640 points towards the next 1000 breakthrough!!!
It really pays to read your emails and Dink around in the website and Training - You just never know what opportunities afford you unless you explore and learn!
