The one word that prohibits us from success is, "excuse". Blame looks to the past, Responsibility looks to the future. What are you doing now, to help your career, to service your clients, to help your representatives get success?

One of my District Sales Managers once said, "We do what we say, we never tell someone to do something we won't do ourselves and we fix what we break". This is such awesome advice!
