CAMPAIGN 6 SALES RESULTS - NEW REPS ON OUR TEAM- UPCOMING MEETINGS


Our Unit now has people in California, Utah, Hawaii, Arizona and Maryland.  Why?  Because no matter where I am or who I am talking to, I ALWAYS ask, "What would you do with an extra 300/mo?"  Answer:   Pay bills, buy a car    Ask "I want to tell you how to get your make up paid for by other people, have cute clothes, jewelry and shoes to wear that are tax deductible, and lower your taxable income by having a home based business....all for only 10.00   Interested?"

With Campaign 7 orders coming in, right now, our Unit has done, in the past year:  113,000 - We went over goal by 13,000.  This past year - our Unit had major accomplishments:




PRESIDENT'S CLUB:
I achieved President's Club for my 2nd time (10,000) in one year and Shelley Warren just achieved President's Club for her 1st time.

Unit Leader - We don't have any new Unit Leaders - you need 5 people and you doing 1250 total in one campaign - however we have SEVERAL Candidates for Unit Leader

HONOR SOCIETY - (20,000 in one year) - Karen Meyer - It's going to be announced soon but I wanted you to know first - I actually achieved Honor Society with Campaign 7 - 20,000 in sales for one year.  I never thought I would be able to do it but when I broke it down and followed my calendar every day, it WORKED!

1) Try to get 12 orders every campaign
2) Get 3 emails and phone numbers every day (that is 45 leads in a 2week period)
3) Ask people to join Avon
4) Follow up!  Don't ever let people tell you - I'll call you...you need to call them!
5) Step out of your comfort zone - ask for referrals and give out extra books for your customers to pass along to their friends.  Ask for their friend's number so you can follow up with them once they look at the book.
6) Know your incentives.
7) Know how to power play - how far are you from President's Club?  what products will give you Triple $ rewards toward that title?
8) Keep records of your receipts and mileage for your taxes

Prizes for all kinds of things - bring your training certificates - We will be checking who has the most customer email addresses/phones, etc in their system for a prize - Prize for whoever drives you when they join Avon that night! - Prizes for over 150.00 in orders - Samples for over 100.00 in orders!
