CAMPAIGN 6 SALES RESULTS - NEW REPS ON OUR TEAM- UPCOMING MEETINGS

Our Unit now has people in California, Utah, Hawaii, Arizona and Maryland.  Why?  Because no matter where I am or who I am talking to, I ALWAYS ask, "What would you do with an extra 300/mo?"  Answer:   Pay bills, buy a car    Ask "I want to tell you how to get your make up paid for by other people, have cute clothes, jewelry and shoes to wear that are tax deductible, and lower your taxable income by having a home based business....all for only 10.00   Interested?"

HONOR SOCIETY - (20,000 in one year) - Karen Meyer - It's going to be announced soon but I wanted you to know first - I actually achieved Honor Society with Campaign 7 - 20,000 in sales for one year.  I never thought I would be able to do it but when I broke it down and followed my calendar every day, it WORKED!

1) Try to get 12 orders every campaign
2) Get 3 emails and phone numbers every day (that is 45 leads in a 2week period)
3) Ask people to join Avon
4) Follow up!  Don't ever let people tell you - I'll call you...you need to call them!
5) Step out of your comfort zone - ask for referrals and give out extra books for your customers to pass along to their friends.  Ask for their friend's number so you can follow up with them once they look at the book.
6) Know your incentives.
7) Know how to power play - how far are you from President's Club?  what products will give you Triple $ rewards toward that title?
8) Keep records of your receipts and mileage for your taxes

UNIT MEETING COMING UP AT MY HOUSE - THURSDAY MARCH 20, 2013 7:00 PM

When you joined Avon - your first four orders were 40% off for Avon items and

20% off for the consignment items like shoes, clothes,jewelry, etc.,

We did this to give you a leg up  Some of you took advantage of it and stocked up on your personal family items so that you could maximize your investments.  A few didn't place their orders on time and only got 2 or 3 chances.

This week ends that campaign.  After this week, new reps will pay 15.00 for a kit instead of 10.00  They will also be given a 35.00 option to purchase products for a kit.  They will be compensated for their earnings as:  0-50 = 0; 51 to 144 = 20%, and on up (see back of BELIEVE book or inside of WHATS NEW for scale)

This new method will encourage reps to go for the gold and "don't stop asking for orders until you have at least 12 orders"  that way you will see how much you are really earning.  With a 50.00 minimum order, your profits are eaten by the 5.95 shipping/service fee, books and samples.  You notice a real growth in your business having by larger orders.

I have kits - call me and let's get you into leadership by signing up the people you know who could use some cash in their pockets!  LET'S SAVE THEM SOME MONEY AND GET THEM IN THIS WEEK!!!

I expect you to do what I do.  I make calls to customers and new people who have never ordered.  I always carry books with me.  I give away 3 per day.  I keep asking until I get that large number of orders.  I count my customers, not the money.

RESULTS FOR CAMPAIGN 5 - 2014

Our high sales winner for Campaign 5 was:

Josie is an ITT student and just landed a job using her skills.  She was working many hours at the Fry Bread House and her first recruit, Lori works there as well.  I see big things for Josie this year!  Her goal is to make Unit Leader in Campaign 7

OUR UNIT

Our Unit has sold 73, 216.00 in the past year.  My goal is 75,000 in a year.  I think we can  accompllish this because our Unit total for Campaign 5 was:  $2,482.  Keep up the good work.

INCENTIVES

Right now, if we have the most recruits who place and pay for a 50.00 order on time, we will win a really cute vintage popcorn popper (like at Disneyland) with the AVON name branded on the side.  For that, we only need 4 recruits to do this.  To win the 1080p High Definition 46" television, we just need 10 reps who place and pay for a 50.00 order on time.  

Please think about who you know who needs money (who doesn't?) and make an appointment for me to meet them and get them signed up.

NEW KITS

At the end of campaign 7, there is going to be a big change.  We are going to get really professional kits for the new recruits and it will cost you 15.00 to buy one for your recruit.  The new recruit will be given the option of buying a 35.00 bundle valued at 52.00 at the time of the appointment.  When they get that, it will be considered a paid on time order.

New reps until now were able to get 40% on their Avon laboratory made items, and 20% on the consignment items (clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc.,) for the first 4 orders.  Now the pay scale will be  just like it is in the back of the Believe book.

In order for one of you to win the laptop and me win a laptop, the new rep was to place an order of 50.00 or more, deliver the products, collect the money and pay the bill before the 6th of March at noon.  Unfortunately, no one achieved this who was recruited during the incentive period.

The best thing you can do in this business is to step out of your comfort zone and try something new.  It's easy to sit at home and hope that someone will pick up a book you frisbeed to their porch.  It's easy to sit by t he phone and hope they will call you when they said they will.  But, we can do hard things.  We are strong and have indomitable spirits.  

This little video will give you some ideas and empower you to step up and do some things you didn't think you could.   Make sure to press pause and rewind when it goes too fast.  I am learning how to do the timing yet, but I missed my appointment with Steven Spielberg when I was in California and am doing the best I can with the knowledge I have now ;)

Campaign 7 is going to be amazing because we are releasing the newest ANEW product.  These products are great sellers because they are affordable and they work.  I am really noticing a difference with my INFINITE LIFT.  Make sure you order some samples to show anyone with a double chin!!!

New Avon Products really a hit!

What a great company to represent.  Having been in business over 128 years, Avon probably holds more cosmetology patents than any other Beauty Company.

This past year, Avon has won many awards in Cosmetologic Technology and has been recognized in the Media (NBC The Today Show, ABC, Good Morning America to name a few)

Many new Celebrity Ambassadors have joined Avon, for example:  Reese Witherspoon, Patrick Dempsey, Derek Jeter, Chris Paul, Megan Fox, Lucy Hale (Pretty Little Liars) and upcoming in Campaign 7 we will see Olivia Wilde with her new fragrance.

Let's recap some of the old and new products and what they have done for us:

In 1992, Avon was the first to mass market a natural phenomenon in science called Alpha Hydroxy, which is derived from fruit acids.  This is a natural way to take off the old dead skin which contributes to wrinkles.  I am a poster child for this product as I was in an accident which scared my face and chest.  Where surgery had to remove some of the keloid scars on my chest, I chose to use the more natural Avon Anew products to lift off the damaged skin and urge the new skin to replicate youthful cells (GENICS) and to this day, it is difficult to see where I was burned.  My regimen today includes PLATINUM - and people tell me I don't look my age - which is very nice!
