SCHEDULING YOUR SUCCESS WITH AVON

 Hello team! 



Next week, I journey to California to meet with the 22 reps I have out there and give them some motivation and instruction.  I want everything to run smoothly in my absence.



 I love helping all of you!  It is the most rewarding job I know.  It is very helpful to me that if I schedule an appointment with you,  we keep it or please text, email or call me, even from a pay phone if your cell is not working, so that my time is protected.  I like to schedule as many productive meetings as possible.

If you want to meet with me - I can do an order training at my home on Tuesday night, however if no one replies, I will schedule a recruiting appointment - so please reply what your needs are. 

 I also have some openings on Wednesday during the day and Evening. 

I am gone February 20 - February 24


Training - some of you need to learn how to input an order.  You have your choice.  You can schedule an appointment for a walk through over the phone with me, or watch the youtube video on how to input an order, see link below, or call one of my up and coming Unit leaders:  Donna Hernandez, 480 643 9794 or Shelley Warren 480 560 1627.  You can also call in your order to Customer service:  513 552 2866 (They are open til MIDNIGHT Mon-Friday). 

BILLS:  Your prior campaign bills MUST be paid prior to 2/20/2014 - you may log in to your system and click PAY AVON and enter a Walmart Visa or your own Credit or Debit card.  You can also call 513 552 2866 and they will process it for you.

CAMPAIGN 5 - is due next FRIDAY BEFORE NOON - You must process the order - if you see your orders in your system, you have not processed them.  Please do this before NOON - if you have any questions as to why, watch the video on youtube.com  Please put a recurring reminder every other FRIDAY in your phone and you will never incur late fees.


All of you have received items to help you with your business that were free to you but not to me.  I would like to continue being generous to new reps and the only way I can do this is to cycle the money I get for recruiting back into supplies and products.  Thank you for being considerate and helping me out with this endeavor.  When orders are late and not paid, those commissions are lost.


I have attached a sheet which will keep you on task for a successful campaign.  These are steps that you can do every day in addition to 20 minutes of your online training that will bring you $$$$$$.  Remember to keep asking until you have 12 orders or close to it.
