First always turn in your order on time.  When you log in, it says when your order is due.  Back that day up 2 days and that will be the day you tell your people you need your orders by. 
 BEFORE MIDNIGHT

So....if the system says my orders are due on a Sunday.....on Friday, I have all my orders so I can go through them in a relaxed non hurried manner and make sure my customer is getting the best deal.

That means, on that Tuesday, you are calling them and letting them know you need the orders on Friday.  Give them the respect by not rushing them.  Calling them 4-5 days before your order is due is very respectful.  Let them know you will call to remind them.  As they give you their order, let them know that they can call you to add to it because you are going to finalize it on the weekend.  NOT on Sunday - they will wait until the last minute.

ELIMINATE STRESS FROM YOUR LIFE 

 I set up reminders in my GMAIL CALENDAR SYSTEM for all my reps per their RPS schedule, so they will get reminded when they should call their customers, when they should remind for last call and when they should place their orders.  Ask me if you want to know how to do this for your Representatives.

When you place an order on your due date and then a customer calls and says, "I've got to have this", let her know your processing days.  Let her know her options.
1) wait 2 weeks for next order, or
2) place an additional order and charge her the 9.95 - (bad idea - could lose a customer that way)
3) have her order it to be shipped right to her from your website.
4) offer to split the cost of you placing another order.  At any rate - much easier if you get them to give you their orders on Fridays and call to remind them.  

PENALTY FOR PLACING ADDITIONAL ORDERS.....
 26 campaigns X 9.95 COST OF EACH ADDITIONAL ORDER AFTER YOUR FIRST             = 258.70 PER YEAR that you could save yourself by being more organized.


$ SAVED FROM BEING ON TIME:  

Each order costs the representative 5.95.  Each customer is charged .75 by the Rep on the sales order form to help cover the cost of shipping.  Each customer is charged tax - the exact amount added up by all the orders together is what the tax is on your Avon Invoice.

#1  Charge your customers tax at the same tax rate that Avon charges you for your county.
  If it is 7.95% - you multiply the subtotal by  1.075 to get the Total Including tax.

#1  When you are on time you are only charged one fee for shipping.  When you are late (past midnight on your due date), you get charged an additional 4.00 per order  In one year 26 campaigns time 4.00 per order - you can save yourself:  $104.00 PER YEAR

#3)  Don't stop asking for orders until you get over 8 customers.  At .75 per customer - anything over 8 customers, you will be making .75 for each order, not losing it.



DON'T LET PROCRASTINATION RUIN YOUR CAREER

Procrastination is our worst habit that humans have.  Customers will procrastinate calling you and you will in turn procrastinate until the last minute.

Did you fill out your goal sheet for the campaign?  This changes you from just an order taker to a Representative.  Everyone has goals.  Everyone is saving for something.  What do you want?  When we met, I gave you a paper like this.  Let's go over it.  You can right click it and save it, then print it out:

Get your orders over 100.00 for the first 4 consecutive (IN A ROW) orders to get 40% off.  The next time you can do this is 1) when your orders are over $440.00 or 2) when you join Presidents Club after selling 10,000 in one year.  So you see this is a phenomenal deal!!!


Give some thought to investing back into your business and getting 40% off your products right away, then write them off as part of your KIT DEMOS at the end of the year.

Each block is worth about: 20-30.00 in value

Sell 10 blocks - you just sold about 270.00 in merchandise for your customer and it cost you $60.00 if you are a new REP doing her first 4 consecutive orders, or if you are an ESTABLISHED Rep, follow the earnings schedule.

1)  Get on the phone - call your friends and families.
2) Send them a copy of the 10 SUMMER BUYS for 10 flyer above on their cell phones or emails.
3)  Call businesses and ask if they have an Avon Rep
Tell them you would like to send them a link to your website
At the end of their name when they sign up, tell them to add the initials of their business.
Anyone from their office who places an order will get a free gift,
but the one who places the largest order will win a spa gift basket worth ______(you decide)
